Refund Policy

At KicksYard (operated by Commodity Export Group LLC), customer satisfaction is essential. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- The item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original box within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered (notify us within 48 hours of delivery).
- Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier.
Non-refundable
- Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or odor.
- Items returned without the original box or with the box used as the shipping container.
- Final sale / clearance items, when explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
Processing time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Square) within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-10 business days to reflect the credit.
How to request
Email support@kicksyard.xyz with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
