We ship from Valdosta, GA, United States. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• US Ground (3-6 business days): $12 flat, or free over $200
• US Expedited (2-3 business days): $25
• International: quoted at checkout based on destination

Returns

You may return unworn, unused sneakers in their original box within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. To start a return, email support@kicksyard.xyz with your order number and the reason.

Items received damaged or incorrect: contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a no-cost replacement or full refund (including return shipping).

Authenticity guarantee

Every pair is sourced directly from authorized US retailers. We include the original retailer's receipt with every order. If a pair is ever determined to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service (e.g. CheckCheck, Legit Check), we refund 2× the purchase price.
